She has been in the global outsourcing business in the Philippines since 2005. In 2009 she saw the opportunity to raise the standards of outsourced business professionals by structuring an internship program that would hone the skills of Business course graduates, Accounting professionals, IT engineers and new graduates to prepare them for actual work armed with a well-rounded experience in their chosen fields.
